You can easily return your product!

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Even the return shipping cost will be covered by Panda Store to ensure the best experience for pet owners.

Requirements

 

Our return policy applies to all products sold by Panda Store.

 

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

If the purchase was made using Visa, Mastercard, or Mada, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the transaction.

The refund processing time depends on the bank (or electronic payment provider).

If the payment was made cash on delivery or via bank transfer,

we will refund the amount to the customer’s bank account after collecting their banking details.

The customer may choose to receive a gift card instead of a direct refund.

 

If you receive an incorrect product, a product that does not match its deion,

or a shipment in damaged condition, Panda Store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

 

We do not offer product exchanges—only returns are allowed.

 

The refund will be issued after the returned product is inspected and verified at Panda’s distribution center.
