At Panda, we make sure your order reaches your pet as quickly and easily as possible.

 

In Riyadh, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.

 

In all other cities across Saudi Arabia, delivery takes 2–7 business days, excluding Fridays.

 

This ensures a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

 

Shipping Fees

 

Free delivery for orders of 250 SAR and above.

For orders below this amount, a 25 SAR delivery fee applies.

 

If the total order weight is 20 kg or more, an additional charge of 1 SAR per extra kilogram applies—

except in Riyadh and Jeddah, where weight limits do not apply.

 

Failure to Receive the Order (Within Saudi Arabia)

 

If your order status becomes “Shipped” and it is not received for any reason,

a small fee may be applied to cover return shipping costs:

 

A deduction of 25 SAR for the shipping cost, plus any extra weight fees if applicable.
